Meet Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach Naghi in Harrow

My name is Naghi, and I am a Personal Trainer, Boxing Coach and Sport Massage Therapist serving busy professionals, parents, Athletes and many others to become a healthier, stronger and fitter version of themselves in Harrow and nearby areas. and this is the story of my life.​

A Brief History about Coach Naghi

At 16, I stepped into the ring in Iran. Boxing gave me discipline, confidence, and mental strength. I fought 21 bouts, became a regional champion, placed second in the country at flyweight, and even made reserve for the national team.

But life wasn’t always smooth. After moving to the UK, I battled depression, anxiety, and weight gain. I lost myself. Then one night in 2005, watching Ricky Hatton defeat Kostya Tszyu, something inside me reignited. The next morning, I searched “nearest boxing gym” and that decision changed everything.

Boxing brought me back. I fought again, won gold at the 2011 Haringey Box Cup, quit drinking, rebuilt my health, and found my voice. I went from broken to stronger than ever.

Today, I channel that journey into helping others. Since 2016, I’ve guided hundreds of busy professionals, parents, and gym-goers in Harrow to transform their fitness, mindset, and lives through boxing-inspired training and personal training.
