Cancellation Policy

Sports Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy At Fun-Fair Fitness, I value your time and commitment to your health. To provide the best service to all clients, please read and respect the following cancellation terms: 1. Notice Period Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows (missing an appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the session fee. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you give 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to fit within the allocated slot, but the full session fee will still apply. 4. Exceptions I understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. In such cases, I may use discretion and waive charges. Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 5. Payments Session fees are payable at the time of booking or at the appointment. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before your next appointment.
