Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions 1:1 Personal Training Sessions 1. Commitment & Payments All sessions must be pre-paid before training begins. Payment can be made monthly in advance, or in agreed instalments as outlined in your plan. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of sessions until the balance is cleared. 2. Session Booking & Scheduling Sessions are booked directly with the trainer and scheduled at mutually agreed times. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Emergency cancellations may be considered at the trainer’s discretion. 4. Session Expiry & Roll-Over All purchased sessions must be used within the agreed time frame (usually the calendar month). Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month unless agreed in writing. 5. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable once sessions have started. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, with supporting documentation. 6. Health & Safety Clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire (PAR-Q) before starting training. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the trainer of any changes to their health or medical condition. The trainer may request medical clearance before continuing sessions if deemed necessary. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear. Clients must follow the trainer’s instructions to ensure safety during sessions. Clients are responsible for bringing water, towels, and any personal equipment needed. 8. Trainer Commitments The trainer will provide professional, tailored coaching for each client. The trainer will maintain confidentiality regarding client information. The trainer will ensure sessions are safe, effective, and focused on the client’s goals. 9. Liability The trainer is not liable for injuries sustained due to the client’s failure to follow instructions or undisclosed health conditions. Clients participate at their own risk and are encouraged to seek medical advice before starting any exercise programme. 10. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Any outstanding sessions must be used before termination or will be forfeited.
