Meet the Trainer

My name is Naghi and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach in The Gym, Harrow on the Hill.

I help busy people to lose weight, get fit and lean as well as guiding them with their nutrition and food choices to become healthier, stronger and more confident version of themselves.

I do this through tailored, result focused workouts and customized 1-2-1 and small group sessions based on reality, lifestyle and fitness level of each individual.
